Monday Sept. 23 (Mental Health & Creativity):

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at HSC Pylons, Create Your Own Vision Board 
Come and visit the HSC Pylons and create your own personalized vision board. The Operation Blue Sky Art Cart will be available.

11 a.m. to 1 p.m.at HSC Pylons, Meet Miniature Horses

11:30 on Zoom, Meditation class
Breathe and unwind right from your desk.

2-3 p.m. at HSC Pylons, Meet Therapy Dogs
Rigatoni, Lancelot, and Titan will be onsite. Take a cuddle break with a furry friend.



Tuesday, Sept. 24 (Focus on Healthy Eating)

7:30 - 10:30 a.m. HSC Pylons Commons, Healthy Breakfast
Join students from the WVU School of Medicine Culinary Track as they demo healthy breakfast selections. Enjoy samples of breakfast smoothies, protein muffins and peanut butter/chocolate protein bites. Ask questions, get recipes, and learn all about easy and delicious ways to improve your nutrition.

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at HSC Pylons, Free Healthy Snacks and Infused Water

noon to 2 p.m. at HSC Pylons, Healthy Food Demo with Brittany Furbee
Meet Brittany Furbee, WVU Alum, competitive chef, and winner of the Food Network Cooks vs. Cons! Brittany will offer recipes, and demo funs and healthy snacks (with samples, yum!).

Noon to 3 p.m. at the HSC Memorial Gardens, Pot Your Own Herbs
Stop by the Memorial Gardens to pot your own herbs to grow at home! It's a great way to make healthy meals more exciting.



Thursday, Sept. 25 - (Body in Balance)

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at HSC Pylons Behind Jazzman's, Chair Massages with BlissBlissBliss
