Dispose of unwanted medications on National Drug Take Back Day

The WVU Police Department encourages you to safely dispose of any unwanted medications during National Drug Take Back Day on Saturday (April 26).

A medication disposal kiosk will be available all day in the lobby of the WVU Police Department office, located at 992 Elmer Prince Drive in Morgantown. Just stop by and drop your medication in the box.

We especially encourage students to utilize this opportunity to dispose of medications they no longer need as they prepare to move out of their residences for summer break.

While we invite you to dispose of medications on Saturday, this disposal kiosk is available year-round, 24 hours a day and permanently resides in the WVU Police Department lobby. Students, employees, and local Morgantown residents can utilize the kiosk any time it’s convenient for them.

If you have questions, please call WVU Police at 304-293-3136.
