During the month of your 21st birthday, keep an eye on your MIX account for an email from WELLWVU.
The email includes alcohol safety tips and details for an opportunity to receive a “Treats On Us” card good for up to $12 toward a meal at any WVU dining location, and a chance to win one of 10 $100 Amazon gift card or the grand prize ‑ a $250 Amazon gift card.
To receive your Treats On Us card and be entered for a chance to win a gift card, you must complete "ScreenU Alcohol" questionnaire that will take approximately 5 to 7 minutes. The questionnaire and instructions on submitting your certificate of completion will provided in the email from WELLWVU.
The questionnaire is anonymous and will provide you with personalized feedback about your alcohol use based on your individual responses.
