Mental Health First Aid is an international, evidence-based program. The program prepares participants to interact with a person experiencing a mental health challenge. Participants learn to identify, understand, and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges with a 5-step action plan.
Prior to the in-person training, participants will receive instructions for completing two hours of self-paced, online, pre-course work.
There are a limited number of seats available. Registration will close on Friday, November 15.
