Individuals should bring a valid ID and insurance card if available.
The flu vaccine clinics will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the following dates:
Wednesday, Oct. 16: Student Rec Center, Room 102
Thursday, Oct.17: Mountainlair, Shenandoah Room
Tuesday, Oct. 29: Mountainlair, Shenandoah Room
Wednesday, Oct. 30: Student Rec Center, Room 102
Walk-in appointments are also available during regular business hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday at its location on the Evansdale Campus.
