In order to help preserve the wellness of our students and staff, Career Services will be teleworking, accepting virtual appointments.
What does this mean?
Career Services will still be fully operational during normal office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.) — we simply won't be in the office. Our team of career development specialists will use phone conferencing, email and video apps to help address all of your career-related needs. This includes all of our services, such as resume reviews, practice interviews and job search coaching.
What online career resources are available to me?
Don’t forget to use our website for valuable career-related content. You may be able to find the answers to many of your questions at: careerservices.wvu.edu.
Handshake will remain updated and will contain the latest job postings. Log into your Handshake account using your WVU login credentials at: wvu.joinhandshake.com/login.

When will Career Services be physically open again?
Unfortunately, we don’t know specifically when we will be permitted to physically reopen the office. Just like returning to in-person courses, we hope we can open the office as soon as possible.
We know that this is a big departure from normal, and we appreciate your patience during these times. Our commitment to you and our alumni remains strong, and we will continue providing the best (virtual) service possible!
