University Police offers tips for safe Halloween celebrations
As Halloween approaches, the WVU Police Department is encouraging you to celebrate safely, whether you’re in costume or not.

The WVU Bookstore on the Downtown area of campus will reopen with regular hours — 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — on Tuesday (Oct. 28).
