Students who are required to use the iClicker mobile app this semester should create an iClicker Cloud account using WVU Login credentials and test it before you need to use it in class. This action is not necessary if your instructor requires you to purchase an iClicker remote.
Using WVU credentials with the mobile app eliminates the need to remember an extra password and should help prevent the most common iClicker problem reported to the ITS Service Desk.
To create an iClicker Cloud account, review this article. When you log in at iClicker.com, choose Student, then click on “Need to sign in through campus portal?” on the bottom of the next screen. You will be prompted to provide information so any previous account you may have used syncs up.
