Applications open for Academy of Engineering Success program for incoming first-year engineering students

The Academy of Engineering Success is an early move-in academic success and professional development program in the Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources specifically designed for any incoming first-year engineering student who wants to jump start their academic career, develop team building skills and interact with engineering professionals.

AcES begins with a week of activities preceding the start of the fall semester (the Summer Bridge week) and includes a specialized two-credit fall professional development course depending on the math placement. By enrolling in AcES, students will have opportunities to begin building their professional network, explore engineering career options and develop strategies for academic success in the Statler College's demanding engineering curriculum.

The week-long activities run from August 8-12. Space is limited.

Students can register here and learn about available scholarships.
