The Nicholas Evans Award Committee is now taking nominations for the Nicholas EvansExcellence in Advising Award (given in honor of Nicholas Evans, a lifelong proponent and exemplar of undergraduate advising at WVU). This award recognizes exceptional advising and mentoring provided by both faculty and professional advisers at WVU. Up to four recipients will receive a $1,000 award, which will be deposited into a state account administered by the recipient’s department or unit; funds may be used for professional development purposes only.
