Spend 10 minutes taking the Emergency Onlooker Response (E-OR) survey, chance to win 1 of 50 $20 Amazon gift cards

Dear WVU Full-time Undergraduate Students,

This is a request for all full-time undergraduate students to take part in a research project we are conducting to assess attitudes toward onlooker response in potential emergencies and the quality and quantity of past training provided by West Virginia University or elsewhere. Participation in this project is greatly appreciated and will take approximately 10 minutes.

The survey can be accessed here (if unable to open link directly, copy and paste into a new browser):  https://wvu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3awHKDEmMmrdIHz

Involvement in this project will be kept as confidential as legally possible. All data will be reported in the aggregate. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Participation is voluntary. Any question may be skipped and the survey may be discontinued at any time. Class standing will not be affected regardless of participation or survey completion. West Virginia University's Institutional Review Board acknowledgement of this research is on file.

Thank you for your time and thoughtful consideration of the survey questions. Contributing to help us improve our understanding of Emergency Onlooker Response (E-OR) on the undergraduate campus is appreciated.

For any questions about this letter or the research project, please feel free to contact Dr. Heather Hayanga, Principal Investigator, at heather.hayanga@wvumedicine.org.
