Win Prizes at the University Apartments Open House

Are you still looking for your home for the 2026-2027 lease year? University Apartments invites you to visit any four of our communities during our semi-annual Open House and see why Mountaineers Live Here.

Visit College Park, University Park, University Place and Vandalia Apartments on Friday, February 27 or Saturday, February 28, each day from noon to 4 p.m. We’ll have free food and opportunities to win prizes like an iPad, Dyson Cordless Vacuum, Beats Studio Buds, and more! You will be able to tour our showrooms and speak with our staff who will be happy to answer any questions you have.
