January 21, 2026
Are thinking ahead and wondering how you will manage the stress of classes and exams on top of everything else? Did you know that learning how to practice mindfulness—in fact only 5 to 10 minutes a day—can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and improve ability to manage stress? The basics of mindfulness will help you to develop the habit of living life more in the present.
Basic Mindfulness is taught as a weekly, 75-minute class on Wednesdays in February from 12 noon to 1:15PM: February 4, 11, 18, and 25 in Collegiate Recovery’s Maple House, 724 College Ave (above Dadisman Hall).
