Students invited to apply for Governor's Internship program

The Governor’s Internship Program connects undergraduate and graduate students with meaningful, paid summer employment across West Virginia’s government agencies.
The hands-on experience allows students to gain professional experience relevant to their academic interests under the supervision of industry experts.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completion of at least one academic year of study at an accredited university, college or technical school by May 2026.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater.
- Current enrollment at a West Virginia institution, or status of a West Virginia resident attending an accredited out-of-state school.
May 2026 graduates are also eligible to apply for the internships.
