Feeling stressed, overloaded, or like your brain needs a hug? Take a break and recharge with a week of cozy Halloween-themed self-care activities—designed to help you scare your stress away and get back to feeling like yourself.
Every day, from Monday, October 27 - Friday, October 31, WVU Libraries will have different activities and featured daily events from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Downtown Library Student Lounge and Room 1020.
Take five minutes or stay an hour—your brain deserves a break! Open to ALL students, come as you are. No sign-up needed.
