Engage WVU Giving Circle accepting grant applications

The Engage WVU Giving Circle is accepting student and faculty grant applications for projects and programs that benefit students and the state.
One-to-three-year program grants worth up to $5,000 and one-year student project grants worth up to $2,500 are available. Funding is not available for tuition, living expenses, books, fees or international travel.
The Engage WVU Giving Circle Fund, initially established in 2014 as the Women of WVU Enrichment Fund, supports the following service areas at WVU and across West Virginia:
- Enhancing educational opportunities and experiences for students and faculty.
- Promoting and eliminating the barriers to health and wellness.
- Supporting the needs of children and families.
- Endorsing growth and education in STEM fields.
- Advancing cultural enrichment and achievements.
Those interested must submit an application, a proposal stating the purpose for funding and a letter of recommendation.
