COMMUNITY NOTICE: Frontier phone issues continue for WVU Police, University community advised to use alternative contact numbers

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — West Virginia University Police issued a follow-up Community Notice on Thursday (Dec. 11) as Frontier phone issues continued into a second day with no projected restoration time.
Information Technology Services was monitoring Frontier’s progress in resolving the issues which started early Wednesday (Dec. 10).
Until further notice, all emergency calls to University Police should be directed to 911.
Non-emergency calls can be made to 304-293-1012 or 304-293-4357.
Messages may also be sent to UPD via the LiveSafe app.
