ITS Service Centers, Service Desk operating on adjusted hours for Thanksgiving break

As you prepare for Thanksgiving break, remember that all ITS locations, including the Service Desk, will be closed when the University is closed.
The ITS Service Center at the Mountainlair will also be closed Nov. 24-25, and the Health Sciences Service Center will be closed Nov. 25. Mountaineer Card and other technology-related requests can be addressed at the Towers ITS Service Center in G-118 of Bennett Tower during regular business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
The ITS Service Desk will be closed Saturday, Nov. 29, returning to normal operating hours (noon to 8 p.m.) Sunday, Nov. 30.
You can still look up answers at it.wvu.edu/help when the University is closed. You may also leave a voicemail at 304-293-4444 or create tickets by emailing ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu, but these will not be addressed until ITS reopens.
