Free Microsoft 365 download available to all WVU students, IT support available

Current WVU students are eligible to download Microsoft 365 for free. You can install it on up to five personal computers and five mobile devices, making it easy to stay productive wherever you are.

The download includes essential software tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more, perfect for writing papers, creating presentations and managing your data. To get started, follow the installation instructions available in the IT Help Center.

The ITS Service Desk is available for live tech support 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and noon – 8 p.m. on weekends. Call 304-293-4444 for the fastest assistance. For non-urgent issues, you can open a ticket by emailing ITSHelp@mail.wvu.edu.
