Expect minor changes to on-campus printing after scheduled upgrades March 16-April 1
March 8, 2026
To improve reliability, ITS will upgrade MyPrinting software between March 16 through April 1. This work will result in minor changes to the screens on each device. There will be no change to the MyPrinting application, myprinting.wvu.edu.
Machines will be updated at different times, depending on which server supports them. Large buildings rely on multiple servers, so people on different floors or in different areas will see the update at different times.
Printers will only be offline for a few minutes when the software update is pushed out, so disruptions should be minimal.
