Cozy up by the campfire with Appalachian storytelling
March 19, 2026
On March 31 from 4:30 - 8:30 p.m., get ready for an evening of Appalachian storytelling at the WVU Outdoor Education Center.
Students will travel to the OEC as a group and gather around a campfire to hear regional stories shared by the West Virginia Storytelling Guild. This short evening program offers a chance to connect with Appalachian culture, enjoy the outdoors, and hear stories that bring the region’s traditions to life.
A $10 deposit is required at registration to secure your spot. You’ll receive a full refund when you attend.
