Clear browser cache or use an incognito browser if you get an eCampus login error

ITS is aware of a sporadic login issue with eCampus and is working on a long-term solution.
If you see a “sign on error” message, please clear your web browser history and cookies, then relaunch your browser. If that doesn’t work, please switch to an incognito/private browser to log in.
If you still see the error after taking both steps, call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.
