Applications Open for Graduate Student Scholarships

Graduate level applications are open for the 2026 Carl del Signore Foundation Graduate Scholarship and WVU Foundation Distinguished Doctoral Scholarship.

The Carl del Signore Foundation Graduate Scholarship awards $2,000 to selected master’s students who are engaged in research activities — students who are completing a master’s thesis. Students’ master’s thesis proposal must be approved prior to October 10, 2025, to be eligible to apply for this scholarship.

The WVU Foundation Distinguished Doctoral Scholarship awards $5,000 to selected doctoral students who have been admitted to doctoral candidacy and are working toward the completion of their dissertation during the Spring 2026 term.

The submission deadline for both scholarships is October 19, 2025.
