WELLWVU drop-in yoga and meditation classes will start Monday, September 11!
All classes will be in the Health and Education Building Room 101 and are free for students. Just bring your WVU student ID to participate.
Yoga classes will be Mondays, 6-7:15 p.m.; Tuesdays, 5-6 p.m.; Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.; Thursdays, 8-9 a.m.
Meditation classes will be Mondays, 12:15-12:45 p.m.
