The software site OnTheHub is currently unavailable, and services including Curriculum Matrix, eCampus Request System (ERS) and Atlassian tools such as Confluence will remain unavailable off campus while ITS investigates a server issue. A number of internal IT tools are also affected.
You can still reach these sites using either wired or wireless networks on any campus, including Keyser, Montgomery and Beckley.
Information Technology Services cannot yet estimate when off-campus access will be restored, but we are working as quickly as possible to reopen these resources. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide an update when we can.
